Steve and Eva Bullard send along this ride report from their October ride in Alpharetta…
Four hardy teams (3 tandems and a triple) assembled for the chilly (42 degrees) start of today’s ride.
Eric, Linda and Wendy zoomed through the long ride (42 mile) option, while the rest of the pack set a more leisurely pace on the 32 mile route.
Following lightly-trafficked roads, we rolled through hill and dale, passing the horse farms and Polo Clubs of Cherokee County’s well-to-do.
It was a pleasant ride and the sun shone throughout.
Afterwards, Mellow Mel welcomed us all in for a well deserved pie and pint.
November ride details will be released as soon as we get them.
